about
Driving through Arkansas last year, I noticed all the billboards with hotline numbers for gambling, religion, and abortion. Well what about a heartbreak hotline??
lyrics
You lie through your teeth
You don’t care for me
You push and you shove
Ain’t feeling no love
So now it’s time for me
To call in your crimes
To the Fayetteville hotline
There’s a straight line wind
Blowing through your lies
Your caffeine mind
Ain’t to wise
So now it’s time for me
To call in your crimes
To the Fayetteville hotline
We’ve reached the end of the line
No more compromise
I’m high and dry
From you
We’ve reached the end of the line
So clear in my mind
Beware, beware of the truth
It’s a place I call home
Arkansas time
But I found him with you
And all that implies
So now it’s time for me
To call in your crimes
To the Fayetteville hotline
And look deep for the one
Who loves you
Beware, beware of the truth

Again, Blue Dream bring their diverse & quirky style that keeps me so engaged. I personally wouldn’t call their sound Heavy Psych. The album does blend and slide between various genres with every track. Maybe Prog? Anyway, the sound’s always interesting, never boring and always enjoyable. But what’s with the nuisance intro track on every album? Get past those and the albums are brilliant. Harry Harrison

This is a little different from what I normally listen to but god-damn, I really enjoy it. They remind me of Canadian rockers ‘Old Major’. Not in sound but in their diverse & quirky style. The track Iz What It Iz could easily come of an ‘All Them Witches’ album. These are the same guys who brought out a that fantastic little 5 song Demo EP back in 2014. It’s a pity they withdrew the EP from Bandcamp. Happily I got it before they took it away. Harry Harrison
